The CANUp gateway is designed for telecommunications and recording of operating equipment parameters. Used in GPS monitoring, telematics and remote monitoring of stationary objects for:
The CANUp telematics gateway is designed to transfer equipment parameters and subsequent generation. The equipment has many control points, including the engine, fuel tanks and various sensors.
It is suitable for a variety of applications, including marine and river vessels, railway vehicles, mining and agricultural equipment, fuel tankers and diesel generators.
Flexible configuration for selected events
Monitoring tension and modes of the onboard circuit operation
User authorization, monitoring the time of operation, maintenence of records of malfunctions
Generation of precise signals of time wotjout connection with satellites
Monitoring engine performance (RPM, cppling agent, oil, time pf operation etc.) according to data from CAN-bus
Monitoring axle load, detection of the events “Exceeding axle load”
Reception and conversion of analog/discrete signaks into SPN values
Transmissionof reports to the server by e-mail or by SMS
Flexible configuration for selected events
Monitoring engine performance (RPM, cppling agent, oil, time pf operation etc.) according to data from CAN-bus
Monitoring axle load, detection of the events “Exceeding axle load”

CANUp is capable of recognizing over 10,000 operating parameters of monitored objects that comply with J1939/71, ISOBUS and S6 standards. This allows you to configure the gateway for use in GPS monitoring and telematics of various types of vehicles and stationary equipment.
CANUp is equipped with a CAN j1939/S6 interface (S6 technology), a BLE wireless connection (S7 technology) and two independent inputs. Up to 100 smart telematics sensors and up to 10 BLE wireless sensors can be connected simultaneously via a wired connection.
The CANUp telematics gateway automatically analyzes all available messages in the J1939/71 and ISOBUS standards. The telematics specialist can simply select parameters to analyze and include them in the report, bypassing the need to manually decrypt HEX messages from the CAN bus.
CANUp records changes in operating parameters at intervals from 0.1 to 10 seconds, which makes it possible to clarify the accuracy of reports sent to the telematics server. Detailed information about the functioning of equipment allows the use of predictive methods in maintenance.
CANUp interprets a rapid change in an operating parameter, such as a fuel drain or a power surge, as an event. Email and SMS notifications allow managers and mechanics to respond quickly, preventing breakdowns and reducing maintenance and repair costs.
CANUp generates and sends site activity reports on schedule and when events are detected, ensuring timely transmission of critical data. It also instantly sends reports to users via email and SMS, even before uploading to the web telematics service, allowing the site to be contacted quickly.
The CANUp telematics gateway, in combination with Technoton smart sensors, offers tangible advantages when used as part of a unified GPS monitoring and telematics system for vehicles and stationary objects:
The CANUp gateway is compatible with Technoton fuel level sensors and flow meters, providing stable communication and improving the performance of the monitoring system. Installing and configuring devices is faster and easier.
The S6 system allows multiple smart sensors to be connected to CANUp using a single cable for communication, power and configuration. It is also possible to combine wireless and wired devices into a single network of telematics equipment.
The CANUp telematics gateway monitors the status of connected sensors and checks the correctness of the data. When a fault is detected, the gateway generates a report and sends an alarm to the server and the user, which simplifies monitoring and reduces the number of service calls.
